Swing threading fixes
I have just commited Swing threading fixes into the IzPack CVS (in branch-3-8). IzPack has been working great since the beginning, but it is quite important to fix these issues, no matter who the true guilty is (i.e., the application developers or the Swing API developers). The benefits are quite easy to see: InstallPanel is amazingly responsive, and the overall installation time has had a significant drop! To see which portions of code were on the wrong thread, I used the nice class from Scott Delap. Thanks Scott
