3.9.0-RC1 download problems fixed
A stupid unix permissions problem has prevented the proper download of IzPack 3.9.0-RC1. It has now been fixed, and you can download it from ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/izpack/IzPack-install-3.9.0-RC1.jar (it works this time!).
As a consequence, I have moved the possible 3.9.0 release from next sunday to next monday instead. To make this possible, we need you to test it
