A few home-made Trackmania Nations Forever tracks
In my (now previous) work, we used to have some breaks with friends to play Trackmania Nations Forever. I must say that this is an awesome game to play on a local network. The cars go damn fast and you can create your very own tracks. Both time-attack and points races provide a lot of fun.
As I created some tracks, here is a collection of recent creations: hcl.jpz.tracks. Note that on most tracks, the author time is easy to beat, as I only cared about validating them before playing
Enjoy, and let me know if you like those tracks!
A quick update!
Hi everyone,
It's been a while since I last blogged over here, so I thought I would give you a quick update
Things have been moving fast this last month or so. Indeed, I accepted an associate professor position at INSA Lyon, a top engineering school in France. This will be a bright environment for doing fun research stuff too, with strong industrial connections (which is highly important to me).
This also means that I am moving from Clermont-Ferrand to Lyon. New city, new life... you get the picture
As I am packing up and moving soon, the blog will stay quiet for a few weeks... but I have some nice stuff to write on in the pipe! (IzPack, Clojure, Scala, Groovy, Google Wave, etc).
Stay tuned!
