Very satisfied customer
The frequent communication and prompt delivery of my order was very much appreciated. My goods were damaged in transit. A phone call - a requested email with a copy of my Invoice forwarded to the company - and a replacement item was received by priority mail within 3 days. It doesn't get much better than that. Arrived cracked- issue resolved quickly
The alarm clock is beautiful but it arrived with a cracked glass. The packaging was not sufficient at all in protecting the clock during shipment. Just one layer of thin flimsy bubble wrap...
**Update** they responded and are expressing a replacement to me
