My 41cm Wallace clock was well packaged, bubble wrap sleeves x 2 within a box which was then in another cardboard sleeve.
Unfortunately there was still a cracked glass on the clock.
I contacted customer service and Phil has arranged to send a replacement. I expect it will arrive any day now. Thanks so much.
