I bought this as a keepsake box for my precious baby who I lost.
It's very special to have her name engraved on it and is large enough to hold what few memories I have of her.
There was a hiccup with the order, however this was fixed very quickly and the communication with Phil was incredible, both when placing the order and following.
I have also found the box needed some airing to remove the manufacturing smell before putting clothing items in it.
